How long does it take to deliver the product?

DRIMDECO by CUADRIMAN products are manufactured to order and especially for you, that is why it takes 12 to 15 calendar days from when you make the payment until they arrive at your home.

Are the colors the same as they appear on my screen?

The colors of our products are corporate and we always use the same, but you must bear in mind that the computer screens are not all calibrated in the same way, so you could find a difference. Although our intention is to always maintain the same colors, it may happen that a change of plotter or simply when changing the brand of our inks may produce small, barely perceptible differences.

What is the shipping policy?

Shipping is free for orders over € 250. For shipments below € 250, the following amounts will be charged:

Weight and measures up to 60 x 60cm and / or 3 kilos

Spain (peninsula): € 6

Outside the Peninsula and the European Community: € 9

Weight and measures over 60 x 60cm and / or 3 kilos

Spain (peninsula): € 9

Outside the Peninsula and the European Community: € 12

How can I save shipping costs?

If you live in Madrid you can come and pick up your order yourself. We are at: Calle Isla de Alegranza, 4 Nave 46. 28703 - San Sebastián de los Reyes. Madrid.

What happens if the product arrives broken?

If upon receiving the product you see that it has arrived broken or damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Take one or more photos of both the product and the packaging with the damage showing well
  2. Get in touch with us through the mail PEDIDOS@DRIMDECO.COM so that we can take care of the collection of the product at our expense.

We will send you the product again without shipping cost.

What is the return policy?

Since the products are made to order, we only accept returns if the product has been received damaged or has an error, for example, in the personalization.

Can you make a product by modifying part of the design?

Any modification in the design offered by DRIMDECO by CUADRIMAN will entail a 20% increase in the cost of the product as long as this modification can be made. You can send us your specific query to orders@drimdeco.com

Do you have a store?

Yes. We have a workshop shop in Madrid. It is in C / Isla de Alegranza, 4; Nave 46. 28703 - San Sebastián de los Reyes.
