Shipping times
At Drimdeco we ship to: Spain and Portugal. We do not ship to: Madeira or Açores.
When we receive an order we send it to our workshop and we manufacture it especially for you, so it takes 12 to 15 days from when you make the payment until it reaches your home.
When you make the payment for an order through our website, we will send you an email confirming your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email in 24 hours, write to us at orders@cuadriman.com
Once we deliver the order to the transport company, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been sent. If you need it, you can contact us so that we can provide you with the shipping information and the carrier information so that you can contact them.

The shipping rates by zones are specified below:

The shipping costs will be specified during the purchase process before you make the payment of your order.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product, except for purchases greater than the amounts indicated based on the delivery rates.
Once an order is shipped, the shipping company will make two delivery attempts, to the shipping address you specified at the time of the recipient's purchase, for 7 business days. If the order cannot be delivered within that period, it will automatically be returned to our warehouses.


Our products are manufactured to order and especially for you, therefore, and as indicated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, "The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized "are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
For this reason and since the products are made to order, we only accept returns if the product has been received damaged or has an error, for example in the customization.
Guarantees and returns
Do not worry, if you have a problem with your order we will solve it as soon as possible.
All the products that we send in Drimdeco are covered by their guarantee in the event of faults, errors or defects.
If an order other than the one requested is delivered due to an error attributable to Drimdeco, it will be replaced by the correct one without incurring additional expense.
If the product has arrived in poor condition or damaged, we will replace the product as soon as possible or, if this is not possible, to refund the amount of the item and the shipping costs if applicable.
It will act in the same way if the customer had made the purchase decision due to a typographical error or some erroneous information that, inadvertently and despite the will of Drideco, was found in the file of the chosen product. In order to enforce the guarantee, it is essential that the client reliably reports the anomaly to the bookstore staff within a period of no more than fifteen calendar days from receipt of the articles.
To process any return you must send us an e-mail to: orders@cuadriman.com or call us at 91 657 26 39 indicating the reason for it.
If you want to cancel an order, write us an email to orders@cuadriman.com and if your order has not been manufactured yet, we will proceed to cancel your order and reimburse all the amounts associated with it. If your order has already been sent, you must wait to receive it and proceed to return it as long as the conditions indicated above are met.
This right is in addition to the guarantee right recognized in RDL 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users.
Any modification in the design offered by Drimdeco will carry a 20% increase in the cost of the product as long as that modification can be made.
The refund is made to the same means of payment that was used in the purchase.
The refund will be made, when the receipt and condition of the packaging and the item to be returned or exchanged has been verified.
Transportation costs are non-refundable, except for defective orders, in poor condition and erroneous shipments, provided that the customer communicates this circumstance. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, Drimdeco will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 14 days.
